With the weekly mix you will get an 8" x 8" clamshell packed full of a variety of Microgreens. This is the perfect amount to last all week. Deliveries are on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and are free in Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. These deliveries will be made after 2pm and before 6pm. We will leave them in your specified location (ideally in a cooler with an ice block that we can provide ant an extra cost). This is the best way for you to make sure you receive your Microgreens in A+ condition. Varieties included will be some or all of the following: Radish, kohlrabi, sunflower, pea, mustard, red vein sorrel, corn, broccoli, fava. Microgreens are full of nutrients and our mixes are a one stop package of superfoods. Add a pinch or handful to every meal!
